Be Collaborative
The one thing Povo isn’t, is opinion neutral. We’re built on the foundation of your knowledge, reviews, and opinions. As are all collaborative efforts, Povo is woven together by a diverse group of contributors and we welcome all of your points of view. But please bear in mind, except for personal reviews, Povo is meant to reflect a collective opinion. We request that you don’t remove the opinions and information of others, however, feel free to rework and improve them them, while preserving their sentiment. When in doubt about making a change, go to the "Talk" section for that page and discuss it first.
Be Casual
Povo isn't the sonorous voice of an encyclopedic authority, it's the breezy voice of a friend who has the inside scoop on the everything you need to know about living in your city. Keep it conversational, but always "G" rated.
Be Opinionated
We want everyone to share their personal take on the city. Is an out-of-the-way place worth the trip? Did a restaurant critic’s darling turn out to be a bust? Write a personal review to share your views and use the 5 star rating system to let everyone know how you feel.
